Payable when your production slot is confirmed
Price & payment structure
Each stage reflects real costs such as materials, production scheduling and logistics. Production and delivery will not proceed until the relevant payment has been received. Unless stated otherwise in your quotation, payment is made in three stages:
30% deposit
Payable when your order is confirmed
40% payment
Payable when your production slot is confirmed
30% balance
Payable before dispatch
When a contract is formed
Your quotation is not a binding contract
A contract is formed only when Cabanco issues an Order Confirmation after:
– You accept the quotation
– Your deposit is paid
Specification & changes
You will be asked to confirm your cabin specification before production begins
Once confirmed, changes may not be possible. If changes are possible, they may involve additional cost and/or delay.
Delivery
All cabin kits are delivered palletised via a pallet shipping network
Delivery is to the nearest safe kerbside drop point. You are responsible for ensuring:
– Suitable vehicle access
– Safe offloading space
– Appropriate storage once delivered
Storage
If your cabin kit is complete but cannot be dispatched due to:
– Delayed payment
– Customer-requested delivery delay
– Access issues
Cabanco may store the kit for a limited period and charge a reasonable weekly storage fee, notified in advance.
Cancellation after order confirmation
If you ask to cancel after your order is confirmed:
– We may agree, but cancellation charges may apply.
– Charges reflect actual costs already incurred (materials, labour, supplier fees, storage, loss of resale value).
– We will explain how any charge is calculated.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this summary affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Goods must be:
