Choosing your cabin

Each cabin has its own distinct appeal whilst sharing the same modular system. What changes is the scale, form, and the way the space feels.
The Cabanco system is built on a 1.2 metre modular footprint. This makes adjusting width or length simple.
If you’re considering a size outside of our standard range, we’re happy to help, just get in touch.

Planning Considerations

Planning requirements in the UK vary depending on location, intended use, and local authority interpretation. Whether planning permission is needed is something only the relevant authority can confirm for a specific site.

To help you navigate this stage with confidence, we’ve created a clear, independent guide that explains the most common planning routes and considerations for small-scale cabins and outbuildings.

The guide is designed to give you context and clarity, without assuming the details of your land or project.
